Potato Salad Simple For Children And Adults

As children eating is not always an easy task. Especially when you want them to eat more food than hot dogs, hamburgers and pizza. But do not despair, you can get vegetable diet of your children, combining it with the vegetables you want.

1 pound russet potatoes, washed

1-6 oz can tuna packed in water, drained

1 cup corn, cooked

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Cream 1 / 3 cup sour

1 small tomato

salt and pepper to taste

Options for adults:

3 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped

1-2 tomatoes, seeded and diced

½ cucumber, finely chopped (peeling and seeding optional)

chopped green olives

- With skin, put the potatoes in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water and boil for 25 minutes until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork.

- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, corn, mayonnaise and sour cream. (Add the ingredients with adults here if none). Stir well to break up the chunks of tuna.

- When the potatoes are done, run cold water then remove the skins. Dice and add the mixture of tuna. Mix well. Cut the tomatoes in half, squeeze juice and seeds and nuts. Sprinkle potato mixture.

Served as main course.

Note: For small mouths cut into small pieces smaller objects, a child-sized bite size. Just another trick to get them to eat what you want them to eat.
